We are a UKAS accredited materials testing lab with over 30 years of history in the testing industry.
We pride ourselves for providing a “customer-first” service experience while ensuring the quality and integrity of our services.
You will be offered the best turnaround times. Finally, you will always liaise directly with our technical staff and our quotations will be with you within 24 hours.
The test results will be emailed directly from our technical staff to your email in our standard report format most commonly in a .pdf document. Under request you will receive relevant supporting test graphs and / or any other information required.
Our standard turnaround times may vary depending on testing requirements. We pride ourselves for offering the quickest TAT in the industry and we will always endeavor to deliver within agreed timelines.
We are a ISO/IEC 17025 accredited testing lab. Our UKAS number is 1611 and our testing schedule can be found on our Quality Page.
AMS holds comprehensive UKAS testing schedule, along with ISO 9001 certification.

Our expert metallurgists will carry out a failure investigation of any metallic component failure or non-conformance. Our experts have a portfolio of more than 500 investigations and will constantly support you technically but also in insurance claims and litigations.
Samples can be shipped directly to the lab via any courier company or can also be collected if in the North West area. Please call us to request for a collection if you’re based in our region
